Tsion Tesfaye is a Senior Research & Policy Manager at the National Digital Inclusion Alliance (NDIA), where she supports digital inclusion practitioners in their efforts to integrate AI literacy into community programs. Prior to joining NDIA, she served as a fellow with Public Knowledge and as an outreach analyst in the Rural Health Care division of the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC). She holds a master’s degree in public policy and management and a bachelor’s degree in political science.
